16 month old Jackson Taylor was in an accident with his 9 year sister and his mom. When they collide with another car at 70 MPH.  The impact of the accident separated Jackson's vertebrae and caused an internal decapitation.  Doctors performed a miracle surgery to reattach his head to his body.  And they did it!
